Design of Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion (AFBC) boiler structure with a capacity of 100 Tons Per Hour (TPH), ensuring stability and safety under high-temperature and pressure conditions. Comprehensive structural modeling and analysis were performed using Autodesk ROBOT Structural Analysis, simulating dead loads, live loads, thermal effects, wind, and seismic forces. All primary and secondary steel members including boiler supporting frameworks, platforms, and access systems—were designed in strict compliance with AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) standards.

Design of a 75 Ton Boiler at UGANDA Comprehensive structural modeling and analysis were performed using Autodesk ROBOT Structural Analysis, incorporating considerations for dead loads, live loads, thermal stresses, wind, and seismic forces. The structural design was executed in accordance with IS 800 (Indian Standard for General Construction in Steel), ensuring compliance with national codes and safety requirements. Detailed structural modeling and analysis were carried out using STAAD.Pro, considering factors such as dead loads, live loads, thermal stresses, wind, and seismic forces. Design and developed the structural system for a 60 TPH Biomass-Fired Boiler, ensuring it met the demands of both operational and environmental loading conditions. The structure was designed in accordance with IS 800 (General Construction in Steel — Indian Standard), ensuring compliance with relevant design codes for strength, stability and serviceability. Using STAAD.Pro, carried out detailed structural modeling and analysis to evaluate and validate the performance of all primary and secondary steel members under dead loads, live loads, thermal effects, wind loads and seismic forces.
